It has a soft texture that you wouldn't expect from PBT (synthetic hair), and the rounded tip of the brush is designed to fit perfectly into the eye hole. The perfect size for using powder around the nose and eyes. 

POINT 

The brush tip is wide and thick, so it goes well with cream eyeshadow that tends to be uneven.
Because of its thickness, it is also ideal when you want to apply dark eyeshadow softly.
